yesturday was a bit of a mess as far as eating goes - my aunt flo showed up and sent me on a tail spin… how dare she! I did go above and beyond on my water intake and my exercise so hopefully that will help.

I had a great extended weekend (hope you did as well) spent lots of time with family and friends and also got some rest and relaxation in. I could use those kinds of weekends at least once a month.
My actions and choices today are part of the story of my life that will be remembered by others after I’m gone.
Got a busy weekend planned with cookouts a trip to Savannah and hopefully the arrival of my nephew.

Yesturday I didn’t eat wendys chili for lunch ended up meeting hubby for a chick fil a salad and dinner turned into a baked chicken sandwich no snack lastnight and never ate by strawberries instead I ate a fiber + bar. Got home from work and had to take a nap so never got my walk in.

yesturday I didn’t eat my yogurt instead i ate a fiber + bar and then when i got home from work i ate 4 cookies. I had butter bread with my spaghetti at dinner and for dessert I had a slive of hubbys diet cake with peanut butter icing.

Through it all, God is our comfort and strength.
A lil something to brighten up this rainy day . It has been raining here pretty much non stop the past few days. I haven’t been able to get to the park to do my walk but at least I have been walking at lunch and getting in my weight workout

Considering my busy weekend I think my eating was pretty good.
Saturday morning I went for a facial with my mom and her best friend - totally awesome, I was soo relaxed. That afternoon was the wedding reception which was very nice and besides some wedding cake I was a good girl. Dinner that night was outback and yes I did have three pieces of bread with butter - ummm so good.
Sunday a group of us went to the beach after that I went to lunch with my grandparents and had a Zaxbys zensation salad (delish) did some grocery shoppingand rest of the day was laundry, cooking and releaxing. I did make hubby a diet cake lastnight with natural peaqnut butter icing and I did have a piece.
Woke up in the middle of the night bloated and still feel that way???
