you know, this is very true. Sometimes I think about all the times that I got frustrated because I wasn’t losing 2 or 1.5 pounds per week and went back to the old ways of eating. I ended up either gaining or plateauing for months. If I had just kept at it, the .5 pound here and the .25 pound the next week would have added up to my goal eventually. Instead I’m still trying to lose the weight after being on a plateau for six to seven months.
