update to 30 in 30 October 23, 2008
Back on June 9th I counted up thath there were 30 weeks left in the year and for each of those weeks I wanted to loose 1lb which would put me at 173.8
As it stands now there are like 10 more weeks which means to meet this goal I will have to loose 2.5lbs per week - boy do I feel stuck.

Today marks day 4 of the shred workout and it does seem to be getting easier - not by alot by no means, I can just feel a difference in my body. This workout is non stop with lots of sweating. I must say I do enjoy those 20 minutes of pain!
