I guess with a wekend out of town the scale was due to be up and 2lbs isn’t that bad - it’s not good but I guess it could have been worse.
Today is day 2 of the shred and boy is that a tough workout. I had to switch from 3lb weights to 1lb weights and I seem to be having the hardest time with the butt kicks, my legs get so tight and hevy til I can’t seem to move them that fast.
I keep reading about this workout, I definitely need to check it out!
