Today is day 8 of the 30 day shred since I kinda fell off when my hectic crazy Sunday showed. After a 3 day break I am recouped and was so ready to go again lastnight (day 7) and I did the whole level 1 with only stopping once and I also used 3lb weights instead of 1lb. I am so proud of myself.
I seem to be stopping for a quick break during the jumping jack/jump rope part it’s almost like I can’t catch my breath - not sure if it’s my asthma or if I need more practice with my breathing.
I will keep on and everyday I will continue to get stronger and better.
P.S. i did a 32 min walk jog run on the treadmil this morning (3.0-4.5 speed) and boy did I feel GREAT!
