I now have almost 5 weeks under my belt and here is where I stand
- very Begin weight - 215.4
- begin weight of challenge - 205.4
- todays weight - 197.2
- down from last weigh in - .4
- overall loss - 18.2
- how much to loose til goal - 32.2
Measurements will be done again at the end of the challenge
Very proud that I came back from vacation with a .4 loss and not a gain!
