The Biggest Loser September 16, 2008
I love this show!
Tonight is the season premier and yes I will be watching it while I walk on my treadmil - if feeling better as it seems I am coming down with a sore throat and ear ache. Towards the end of last season (after I gave up going to the bowling ally) I began making the time the show came on my workout time doing either the elliptical or walking on the treadmil.
I get so much motivation and determination when I watch what these people go through and different things they experience as they not only change in appearance but also inside. It makes me think and feel “if they can do it so can I”

I will also be using that time as workout time. I am trying to lose 10 pounds and 1 pant size while the Biggest Loser season is on. I can’t wait for it to start.

I did watch it (first time) and - silly me - sat on the couch. But I did mall walking before it. Hmmm. Good work on the weightloss. You are well on your way! Are the “pounds to go” looking smaller?
