I am Commited September 12, 2008
What I will do to stay commited to my plan……
- follow the South Beach rules
- get plenty of rest
- exercise
- monitor and control my stress level
- let nothing or no one stand in my way
- give praise to God
Today and tomorrow are my last days on Phase 1 and as of Sunday I will slowly begin my trek into phase 2. Firstthing I have decided to add back is oatmeal. Wishe me luck on a smooth and successful transition into phase 2
WTG! Hopefully you have a good transition this weekend! Keep at it!
What a great list! How are you going to remind yourself to do those things? (Self check.) I’m looking for a good self-check method for myself.
