with hot crispy creme donuts or anything else they bring in. No I don’t want one!
I wish I could just wear a sign that says “on a healthy lifestyle of eating do not come around with unhealthy food” however this is not possible as I have no control over other people - I do have control over myself and DO NOT HAVE TO EAT UNHEALTHY.
I feel better that I have vented and I am ready to move on.
Isnt that the truth! Its like they are out to sabotage our diets! Just smile as they eat the unhealthy food because they are getting bigger as you are getting smaller!
