Morning Workouts August 7, 2008

I don’t always work out in the mornings before work seems sometimes I just can’t find the time but believe me when the time is there even if it is 10-20 minutes I take it and usually jump on the elliptival cause thats whre I’m gonna get my best for a little amount of time.

Morning workouts seem to make me hungry right afterwards and seems like on days when I do a morning workout I stay hungry pretty much the whole day almost as if I can’t get enough to eat.

These problems don’t bother me on the weekends as I prefer to workout first thing in the morning it just seems to be the during the week morning workouts that do it to me.

Do you ever feel this not enough to eat feeling when you workout in the mornings?
