Was getting ready for work this morning and it seems like nothing is fitting me anymore. I have given all my clothes away that are to big - once they get to big they are gone cause I don’t want to go back to that size but boy it seems like it’s happening.
I’ve gotta shake this funk i’m in and get back on track - just needed a lil venting time to get my focus on.
This morning I found myself looking back at my weight chart which I keep hanging in my kitchen for all the world to see. My lowest weight since I started in May 07 is 194.4 and when I weighed in on Friday I weighed 203.6 which means I am almost so close to have gaining 10lbs and the thought of that makes me sick to my stomach.
I’ve gotta get a handle on this I’ve gotta get rid of those almost 10lbs I’ve gained so I can move on to loosing 10 more.
I had a super 4th with family and friends even went out Saturday night for my birthday and had a great time. Sunday was a slow easy day (a do what I want casue it’s my bday day) had dinner with family & friends at Sakura and finished the night with cake and guitar hero which was a blast.
The scale was not kind to me on Fridays weigh in 203.6 and part of that is TOM visiting. Must get some things changed around and done better/differently.
I have felt pretty good seem to be staying up later at night than 8pm and not sooo fatigued during the day - I’m not saying it’s completly gone I’m just sayin I’ve had a few good days.
Went to the doc on Monday and my bp was high which is kinda funny since I was there for low bp. Had to have an EKG which the doc said looked good.
Of course I was sent for blood work which I did this morning and hope to soon find out whats up.
Now I sit and play the waiting game.
