Running they say is a great way to loose weight.
There are days when I find myself day dreaming or my mind wondering and I can see myself running - running for long periods of time to far away distances. I’m not at a fast pace yet I am at a steady pace.
I feel the urge to run but when it comes down to it I merely get on my treadmil and do my spurts of a 4.0 run. Yes it’s a start and I do plan on building myself up to go faster and further and even make it outside so I can go those distances feeling the rush I get when I picture myself doing it.
