ENERGETIC July 16, 2008
Boy is my energy out of the this world today.
Woke up 5am had coffee & breakfast with hubby then sent him on his way. Once he was gone i jumped on the treadmil for a walk jog session followed with some counter pushups and ab work on the big ball.
I read somewhere yesturday that people who workout in the am (before there day has started) tend to be more energetic and pay closer attention to what they eat. So far these past few days that has been true.
I definitely find that to be true. I don’t know if it’s mental or physical (probably a combo of both) but I know that if I kicked my butt in the morning it’s not quite as tempting to undo all of my hard work with a cookie. And now that I’m used to working out in the a.m. I’m grumpy if I don’t get a workout in right away.
