Mid week which means I am a bit closer to the weekend and a bit closer to weigh in day and after the weekend and Monday I had eaten wise and no real exercise I hope the scale has a lil sympathy for me.

Boy did I over indulge yesturday - bad me. Todays food is much better. I did have to have a coke zero between breakfast & morning snack as my sugar felt like it had droped a great amount which is probably due to yesturdays horrible day of eating.

I’m back March 10, 2008

from Atlanta and I had a great time. We went to the Aquarium, Coca Cola and ESPN for lunch. We stayed at the Hyatt Regency which was very nice, had dinner at Rays in the city (excellent). On Sunday we had breakfast at the hotel and then went to the Martin Luther King site and visted there which was really great to see. We took lots of pictures and even ran into some snow on our way up - awesome trip. Hubby and I will definetly be going back as there is so much more we wanted to do but not enough time and it was sooo cold

My food was not the greatest as I did enjoy other things and no I did not get all my water in however there was alot of walking so hopefully it will all even out.

Atlanta March 7, 2008

Tomorrow morning at 3am me, my hubby, my mom & my moms best friend are going to Atlanta Georgia to the aquarium and a few other places. It will be a short trip but hopefully a well enjoyed trip. I will be as on plan as possible.

This mornings weigh in 196.2 - down 2lbs from last week. My calorie average for this week was 1987 per day which is still between the 1800-2000 of where I want to be

Tonights dinner is at Al’s pizza - my hubbys choice

My eating was horrible tonight it was like I couldn’t get enough- gotta for sure watch my eating over the trip

I was doing some thinking - I have 33 more lbs to loose til goal - if I loose 1lb a week for 33 weeks I will be at my goal come October 24th

Bad News March 5, 2008

I found out late lastnight that my grandmother passed away (my dads mom) They called in hopsice around the time my dad passed in October and she slowly had gotten worse. She suffered from dementia (sp?) & alzheimers (sp?) and towards the very end she kept asking for my dad at first hospice did not think it would be good for her to know he had passed but on Friday they finally told her as they felt she was holding on just to see him.

A new beginning March 2, 2008

How great it is to have a new day and a new month - a complete fresh start and boy am I all about fresh starts. My Friday and Saturday calories have been a bit high so the rest of the week needs to be very much on the low cal side.
