I can make you thin - the tv show
I watched the first two episodes over the weekend while I was sick in bed and for the past few days I have been practicing his four steps
1. eat when hungry
2. eat what you want not what you think your suppose to have
3. eat consciously (slowly, savor, at least 20 chews)
4. stop when full
I must say that it is working as I am leaving food on my plate and I am enjoying the taste of what I am eating and yes I have been eating what I want (even the chocolate bunny) yet using his technique.
Will this show in my weigh in on Friday that I’m not sure of especially withn TOM lurking.
