Mid week where abouts March 20, 2008
It’s getting closer to my weigh in for my easter goal and I know I will not make my goal especially after my horrible eating spell lastnight. I’m starting to think I am not cut to do mini goals.
I woke up early this morning feeling a bit better after a horrible depressing night last night and I feel like I may be getting a hold on what ever this sickness is trying to attach me.
I think over this long holiday weekend I am gonna pull out the big guns - my notebooks that I wrote in when I first started loosing - I may even go back to doing it notebook style - of course keeping in touch on here as well.
