I’m going crazy February 18, 2008
I feel so mad so upset. It’s like nothing I do is working. Do I eat less or do I eat more or should I workout less or workout more. I am confused and very discouraged. Any advice would be great. My weekend was a pure mess of junk food & fast food.

B- boca pattie w/1 egg over medium & 2 cups coffee with 1%milk
S- small apple w/10 cashews
L- black bean soup over 1 cup brown rice
S- carrots & almonds
S- 2 graham crackers w/npb
D- seafood gumbo over brown rice
S- 2 carmel rice cakes w/npb & chocolate chips on top
14 - 8oz glasses of water
25 - exercise minutes (bowflex)
9,105- steps on pedometer
