What will come of Friday February 27, 2008
TOM paid a visit lastnight just in the nick of time for weigh in on Friday - how dare it! I have done really well on plan with eating & exercise so hopefully it won’t be to bad - fingers crossed.
Had to get in bed a bit early this evening as I was feeling a bit tired & crampy
B- 2 slice wheat toast with 1/2 cup scramble egg beaters, 2 slices turkey bacon, 1tbsp mayo, 1 cup v8 juice & 2 cups coffee made with 1/4 cup soy milk (430)
S- 1 stalk celery & 2 tbsp npb (225)
L- 1 cup brown rice with 1 cup of black beans & 1 serving boca crumbles (460)
S- 1/2 cup yogurt & granola bar (130)
D- l/o chicken divan & coke zero (420)

10 - 8oz glasses of water
28 - exercise minutes
