A little scary February 26, 2008
I have been weighing in every morning pretty much the same time give or take 10 minutes and I am finding I’m not liking it. It makes me worry that Fridays weigh in the weigh in that counts won’t be so good so I think this was my last daily weigh in for awhile.
Did a 33 minute H/I workout on the elliptical at lunchtime and boy did it feel good.
B- 1/2 cup oatmeal made w/1 cup 1% milk, 1/2 cup berries & 1 cup v8juice (380)
S- granola bar & raw carrots (160)
L- brown rice w/boca crumbles, mixed veggies & small piece of l/o turkey burger (450)
S- 1/2 cup yogurt with 1/2 cup strawberries (90)
D- chicken divan & diet nestea (420)
S- glennys brownie w/ 2 nsa fudgesicles w/2tbsp cool whip & diet coke(130)
14 - 8oz glasses of water
33 - exercise minutes
12,040 - steps on pedometer
