Just a suggestion February 21, 2008
My wonderful husband suggested to me that maybe I should go back to walking in the mornings before breakfast even if it is for 15-20 minutes. I took his advice and got on the treadmil at 5:15 this morning.
B- 2 oatmeal pancakes with 1/4 cup sugar free syrup & 1 cup coffee made with 1/3 cup 1%milk & 8oz grapefruit juice (537)
S- 2tbsp raisins w/100 cal pack almonds (142)
L- l/o veggie stirfry over boca crumbles & rice w/d.d.p (491)
S- 4 animal crackers & small apple (157)
D- 4oz baked talapia w/1 cup cabbage saute in olive oil & mediun sweet potato w/cinnamon & spray butter (263)
S- 2 glasses of wine & 1 piece of chocolate w/almonds(290)
10 - 8oz glasses of water
45 - exercise minutes
13,927 - steps on pedometer

I am glad I took my husbands advice cause today I have felt awesome so energetic. This may become a regular (agin) for me.
