New day February 19, 2008
Boy am I glad it’s a new day. My eating has just been horrible. Yesturday it seemed I ate on plan food but ate alot of it - to big of portions.
I thank I will do some calorie counting for a few days
Lets see if I can do good today
B- 1/2 cup oatmeal & 3 slices of cantaloupe with 1/2 cup grapefruit juice (349)
S- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt w/homemade granola (160)
L- l/o black bean soup w/boca crumble added (368)
S- 1/2 small apple & granola bar (115)
D- l/o gumbo w/brown rice (709)
S- jello snack (100)
18 - 8oz glasses of water
46 - exercise minutes
13,336 - steps on pedometer
(1801) Need to be between 1600-1800 in order to loose
Went online today and googlEd for some high intensity workouts for the treadmil & the elliptical and I got a few. I tried one of the treadmil ones today at lunchtime but could only get to 3.7 - it goes from 3.0 to 3.9.
Felt real good today with a newness about what I am working toward
