I got a bit munchy this evening don’t know if it was due to TOM or boredom. Sure hope it doesn’t hurt tomorrows weigh in.

My eyes have been bothering me agin today and I have the itchy sore throat and I hope it all gets better soon - I don’t need a nother brick wall in my journey of loosing weight

TOM paid a visit lastnight just in the nick of time for weigh in on Friday - how dare it! I have done really well on plan with eating & exercise so hopefully it won’t be to bad - fingers crossed.

Had to get in bed a bit early this evening as I was feeling a bit tired & crampy

A little scary February 26, 2008

I have been weighing in every morning pretty much the same time give or take 10 minutes and I am finding I’m not liking it. It makes me worry that Fridays weigh in the weigh in that counts won’t be so good so I think this was my last daily weigh in for awhile.

Did a 33 minute H/I workout on the elliptical at lunchtime and boy did it feel good.

Heart Rate Monitor February 25, 2008

So I have gotten a heart rate monitor and I have used it twice now. I am really liking it as it is a great exercise motivator. I put in my high & low as per the guide they give you and I seem to stay in the middle range so I think I am doing pretty good.

B- 1 over medium egg w/boca pattie, 6oz v8 juice & 1 cup coffee w/4tsp creamer (330)

Today hubby & I went fishing for a little while this morning. It was an awesome day - the weather was perfect. I walked the beach a little while he fished.

Even though it’s the weekend I still have lots of work to do: laundry, paint spare bedroom, go to cleaners

I was up at 6:45 this morning walking on the treadmil before breakfast. I really like how it makes me feel thrughout the whole day

 My wonderful husband suggested to me that maybe I should go back to walking in the mornings before breakfast even if it is for 15-20 minutes. I took his advice and got on the treadmil at 5:15 this morning.

Someones key to success February 20, 2008

I spoke with someone on yesturday and they told me the key to their steady weightloss is counting calories & weighing in everyday, writing it down but only going by the weight for her set weigh in day. She told me to weigh in every morning (same time) for 30 days and write it down but only track lbs loss by my friday to friday weight changes. She said she has done this for a few months and has had a loss of 1-2lbs or greater a week.

 I gave it a shot starting this morning so lets put it to the test

B- 1/4 egg whites omelet with 1/2 cup black beans, 4tbsp salsa & pinch of cheese w/ 2cups coffee made with 1/3 cup 1% milk in each cup ( 215)

Boy am I glad it’s a new day. My eating has just been horrible. Yesturday it seemed I ate on plan food but ate alot of it - to big of portions.

I thank I will do some calorie counting for a few days

Went online today and googlEd for some high intensity workouts for the treadmil & the elliptical and I got a few. I tried one of the treadmil ones today at lunchtime but could only get to 3.7 - it goes from 3.0 to 3.9.

Felt real good today with a newness about what I am working toward
