Pedometer January 31, 2008
I was looking back on some of my hand written books where I tracked my progress and I noticed I didn’t exerecise as much as I was before I got sick and something else I noticed I wore my pedometer everyday and got 10,000 steps or more. Why did I ever change what was worjing for me? I am picking up my pedometer and I am putting it back on and I am counting my steps.

L- chick fil a chicken strip salad small fry and a piece of dh chicken sand (no bread) - coke zero

D- going to the sushi cafe - sushi - i love sushi!

0 - workout minutes
0 - steps on my pedometer - forgot my pedometer today
Tonight we are going to the Sushi Cafe for dinner to celebrate my aunts birthday, it’s a new place to me but I love sushi so all should be good.
