Back to exercise January 29, 2008
I am officially able to go back to exercising, however I am on a set doc ordered schedule. This week I am only allowed 30 minutes of low to moderate exercise so I figured I would do 30 minutes on my treadmil while I watch the first 30 minutes of Biggest Loser. Boy will I be glad to be able to do this. That is if this awful headache pain goes away.
B- oatmeal with natural peanut butter and walnuts
S- protein shake
L- s b tv dinner & coke zero
S- yogurt & granola
D- tv dinner
