My Hair January 28, 2008
I have been suffering from these awful headaches so I was hoping by cutting my hair it would lessen some of the pressure I have on my head. So on Saturday I got my hair cut and well it is real short and it feels a ton lighter. I’m not to keen on the style but it does serve the purpose of why I did it.
B - chicken black bean & cheese egg white omelet with 2 cups hot chocolate
S - protein shake
L - crab meat salad & yogurt with granola coke zero
S - celery w/natural peanut butter
D - forgot to take something out so not sure
S - jello w/cool whip
12 - 8oz glasses of water
I’m feeling really good today. Yesturday me & hubby took a 1.5 mile walk around the town center mall. It wasn’t a fast paced walk but it was more than I have been doing since I have been under doc orders, I even got a chance to clean our bedroom and change the bed set to my valentine stuff.
A co-worker of mine just went through the same thing. She was having more migranes than usual & her doctor recomended cutting her hair short. It’s made a world of difference for her. Maybe see if it helps & then find a style you really like!
I think a big hair change can really change our outlook on life. I’m sure you’ll get used to it, and then be able to fine-tune the style to suit you. I hope it helps the headaches.
