Surgeon Appt. January 24, 2008
This morning I had an appt with a surgeon so he can take a look at this knot/lump my doc found on the side of my face about 2months ago.
Pathologist (sp) took 6 needles and one at a time dug them deep into my face/the lump and boy did it hurt - no numbness no anastesia (sp) no nothin but pain. I get my results in 24-48 hrs .
Next week I have to go for a cat scan on my neck & head for this lump as well as for the horrible headaches I have been keeping.
bfast - blackbean onion tomato and cheese egg white omelet with 1 cup coffee
snack - parfait & grapefruit juice
lunch - grilled chicken salad
snack - cantaloupe
dinner - ???? what will it be???
snack - jello w/cool whip
6 - 8oz glasses of water
My fingers are crossed that all the tests come back clear and that it gets resolved quickly.
I can’t believe they didn’t numb you to stab your face with needles - you’re a braver woman than me - it would take a team of bodybuilders to hold me down in that situation!
