Just go with the flow - what will be will be - stop putting so much infasist on your eating and exercising and just do it. No counting calories just make wise food choices and pay close attention to portion and I think all will be well.
This is kind of what I have been forced to do being under doctors care. No exercise just plenty of rest and eating the healthiest food possible. But will all this bring a good # on the scale Friday?
b- scramble egg whites with 3 slices turkey bacon & 2 cups coffee
s- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
l- spicy chicken salad & small wendys chili & diet coke
s- cheesestick-couldn’t eat (moldy) so I ate almonds
d- balsalmic baked chicken breast with mixed veggies & 2 cups coffee
s- protein bar
10 - 8oz glasses of water

This is pretty close to what I’m doing and I’m really calm and happy these days!
What will the scale say? I think you’ll learn to trust yourself with time, but I wouldn’t expect the scale to be the bearer of good news every week - it might be slow going…
