How am I feeling…… an update January 21, 2008
got lots of rest over the weekend, took many naps some were 2-3 hours long.
Today thus far I feel good. I am going into the office this morning to see how it goes and I with God’s strength will feel well enough to not have to go back to the doc tomorow. All I have to do now is wait for all my test to come back.
My day …
bfast - scarmble egg whites with cheese & turkey bacon 2 cups of coffee w/2% milk & splenda
snack - cottage cheese & tomato - cottage cheese tasted sour so I ate a serving of almonds
lunch - chicken strip salad from chick fil a & coke zero
snack - cheese stick & protein bar
dinner - L/O from cheese cake factory & coke zero
snack - protein shake
8 - 8oz glasses of water
Well done with all that rest. You keep taking care of yourself!
