Friday Family Nite Dinner January 4, 2008
Every Friday we (me, husband & grandparents) get together and go to dinner. It’s a different place every Friday - we take turns drawing out of a bag full of names. Todays pick was by my grandmother and she chose Steak n Shake. This is where my south beach dining guide will come in handy.
bfast - broccoli & cheese omelet with scramble egg beaters & coffee
snack - celery w/nat peanut butter
lunch - chicken salad
snack - cottage cheese & tomato
dinner - double burger (no bread) with 1 slice cheese on top of lettuce tomato and onion & cottage cheese on the side
snack -
water - 10 8oz glasses
Won’t be working out today as on this new 8 week workout program I am on Friday is the day off for the week. Boy am I sore from this nw workout. Every inch of my body has a sore part so it is a good thing today = rest
Yes today is weigh day and I weighed in at 198.6 whic means I am down .2 from last Friday and being as I just started this 8 week workout program I wanted to notate my measurements and I will do so every 2 weeks.

I like the structure this program is giving you - and being sore all over means you’re getting a good workout!
