Biggest Loser day December 4, 2007
I am hooked on this show. All the seasons I have been watching I actually enjoy this season the best. No it’s not because of the show itself but because I myself am doing something about my own weight and I can really relate to what they feel and what they are going through. One day I will be my own biggest loser - of weight
bfast: 1 slice wheat toast with cheese, 1/2 grapefruit & 1cup coffee 5tbsp creamer = 262
snack: celery w/npb = 215
lunch: amy burrito & leftover squash/zucchini = 370
snack: mozzerella cheese sticks = 50
dinner: chef salad = 500
snack: own creation banana split (banana, 2 fudgesicles, npb, cool whip & crumble up south beach peanut butter cookies) (I think tom is coming as I have a bad sweet carving) = 625
total is - 2022
water: 16 - 8oz glasses
workout: my intention was to do the treadmil at lunchtime however I got 10mins in and my left leg started hurting to bad so I did some weights & 5 mins on stationary bike total of 25 mins & elliptical for the first hour of biggest loser - did 41 min on elliptical
My legs are feeling better, my left hamstring is still a bit sore but nowhere near what it was
When I had a TV I liked those shows too - there was Body Challenge on Discovery channel that I liked.
