The Weekend November 19, 2007
Here is a look back at my weekend -
Saturday:I spent 4-5 hours at the mall so lots of walking there. My eating was on plan but did No official working out.
Sunday: Went to church & then to a bday party and thats where i had a small square piece of cake & 3 scoops of ice cream (ice cream is my weakness). I also had 3 bites of DH’s desert later that night as he did not go to the party. No workout for this day either. Other eating went well
Today………………
I plan on starting the bowflex today - I need to get in some weight/resistance training and definetly some ab work.
bfast: protein shake & 1 cup coffee w/5tbsp creamer = 333
snack: 1 hard boil egg = 77
lunch: cesar salad = 500
snack: 1/2 cup cottage cheese w/slice tomato = 100
dinner: 2 grilled boneless porkchops, cabbage & zucchini = 680
snack: ice cream sandwich = 150
total calories = 1840
water: 16 8oz glasses of water - By the way today would have made 15 days without any soda but I tried a cheery coke zero & loved it
workout: 30 min elliptical 1-6 level (working my way up adding a min to each level) and 30 min bowflex
