Scarry scared Friday November 30, 2007
I had a rough few days this week as far as eating and I was terrified to get on the scale this morning but I did it any way and guess what the scale said “195″ yes sir I will take it (up .2 from last weeks 194.8)
bfast: 2 waffles with 1/4 cup sf syrup & 3 slice sturkey bacon & 1cup coffee with 5tbsp creamer = 305
snack: 4 strawberrys = 40
lunch: chick fil a grilled chicken sandwich w/honey roasted bbq sauce & fry = 750
snack: 2 meat & cheese wraps = 90
dinner: ww steak & portebella (applebees) = 440
snack: desert (applebees) = 500
grand total - 1985
water: 9 - 8oz glasses
Friday family night resturant of the week is Applebees - it’s my grandfathers 72nd bday & thats what he picked
0.2 does not count as a gain (and if it was negative it wouldn’t count as a loss either). Home-use scales are not scientifically calibrated to be that precise (you need a food scale to have that precision in ounces). And an extra shake of the salt shaker the day before, or a glass too few of water easily explains the difference.
