A thought for today November 29, 2007
Don’t tell God how big the storm is, tell the storm how big your God is.
I feel I will be facing a pretty big storm tomorrow and I am well aware that I have to suffer the consicunces no matter what as I am the one who chose to eat wrong and to not workout. Wish me luck.

bfast: sirloin patty w/2 eggs over med & 1cup coffee & 5tbsp creamer = 444
snack: 1 mozzerella cheese sticks = 50
lunch: snadwich (wheat hot dog bun with 2slices turkey 1slice ham lettuce tomato & dijonaise) sf jello cup = 165
snack: fiber one bar = 140
dinner: south beach bbq chicken, green beans & sb mash potatoes = 520
snack: chocolate covered apple slice & 2 chocloate covered strawberry = 300
& the total is - 1619
water: 15 - 8oz glasses of water
workout: lunchtime 31 mins elliptical - my thighs are tight. I worked up to level 9 what a workout - did 25 mins bowflex & ab ball
