I feel a lil pain in my calves and my left ankle from lastnites elliptical workout - I wanted to go longer but my calves & knees started cramping.
2 more days til weigh in - what will the scale read?
bfast: 3 slices turkey bacon, 1/2 cup scramble egg beaters & 1cup coffee with 1/4 cup 1% milk = 178
snack: yogurt & 1 serving almonds = 190
lunch: boca pattie with 1tsp mayo & brussel sprouts = 215
snack: fiber one bar = 140
snack: 1 serving of natural almonds = 130
dinner: sirloin burger on wheat with lettuce, tomato, onion, djonaise & 1/2 sweet potato & sunchips = 710
snack: apple slice & 2 strawberry dipped in dark choclate = 300
total for today = 1883
water: 16 - 8oz glass
workout: I took some ibuprofen before I went to workout and my ankle felt just fine - did 45 mins on treadmil (incline 1-12 2-4 min ets) at lunch
