So dh’s bday is over and I will now go back to my normal healthy eating - man am I scared for Fridays weigh in.
today…..
bfast: 1/2cup oatmeal made with 1cup 1%milk & 2tbsp npb =480
snack: hard boil egg = 77
lunch: south beach tv dinner = 240
snack: 1/2 cup cottage cheese & grapes = 100
dinner: grilled chicken breast w/brussel sprouts & 1/2 sweet potato = 360
snack: 1cup kashi cereal with 1/2cup 1% milk = 310
total for the day - 1567
water: 15 8oz glasses
workout:I plan on doing 1 hour on the elliptical (while watching biggest loser) did 75mins on the eliptical level 1-5 in 4-5 min incriments
If you are really scared for Friday’s weigh in maybe you should skip it and just weigh in NEXT Friday after a solid week back on track?
