My weekend & today November 26, 2007
The short version -
Saturday - Got up early & did 70 min walk/jog, eating was pretty good except for the fact we ate dinner at Hooters & I had 8 wings & 6 shrimp and of course a hand ful of fries
Sunday - went to church, helped move my brother, took DH to Joes Crabshack for his bday dinner celebration with the family where I did not so well I had a pina colada & a slice of cake - other than that my eating was good for the day, I did not do any official xercise just moving stuff
Today -
bfast: 1cup cheerios with 1/2cup 1% milk, 1cup cofee with 1/4 cup 1% milk = 183
snack: 2 mozzerela cheese sticks = 100
lunch: dh wants to go to zaxbys for his bday lunch - everything seems high calorie there = 1157
snack: cottage cheese & grapes = 100
dinner: grilled chicken breast with sweet potato & 2 pieces bread = 898
snack: ice cream = 1100
total 4 today - 3538
water: 16 8oz glasses
Today is DH’s bday and instead of a bday cake he wants us to go for ice cream tonight -I have got to get this over so I can go back on strict plan
