This is a bit of a follow up to my Thanks & Praise post. When I include God (by praying & talking to Him) into my eating habits & exercise it seems as though I have more energy, make better choices and the scale seems to go more in my favor - DOWN. Thats why I need to realize - God and I are dieting together.
my day…….
bfast: 1/2 c oatmeal made w/1c 1% milk sprinkled w/cinnamon & 1/4c of walnuts, 1c coffee w/5tbsp creamer = 380
snack: 1/2 stalk of celery & 2tbsp npb = 215
lunch: l/o cabbage & zucchini & boca burger = 325
snack: yogurt & 4 strawberrys = 110
dinner: south beach tv dinner = 230
snack: 2 morning star sausage patties on wheat bread w/mayo & tomato = 430
todays total is - 1690
water: 16 8oz glasses of water
workout: 31 min elliptical (same as yesturday)
I did the bowflex lastnight & I felt so much energy & strength even though afterwards my arms & legs were exhausted
