Normality October 30, 2007
Maybe we have maybe we haven’t but we sure are giving it a try. I make that remark on myself and my familys ability & determination to try hard to never forget my dad and my aunt beth but to go on.
Good morning all! Today I will make a great and positive day in all I do.
bfast: tuna & salsa egg beater omelet, 1/2 cup coffee w/2tbsp creamer & 12oz sf choc 15 milk
snack: celery & natural peanut butter
lunch: 1cup lettuce, 2slices tomato, 1/2 cup cottage cheese & 2veggie patties
snack: 2 ham/cheese lettuce wraps w/spicy mustard
dinner: tonites bowling so I will see
Workout will be at lunchtime - elliptival for 30-40 mins
Yesturday I did workout at lunchtime on the elliptical 32 mins level 6, Dinner was chicken breast & veggies with a total of 12 8oz glasses of water for the day. No soda for yesturday either (hope today brings the same)
