Welcome to my new diet blog! This is my first post. I am so excited to be doing this - I was doing all my journaling for the past 5 months in a notebook but it seems I lost the desire for that. I plan on doing the same in here as I did on paper - tracking my food, water, exercise, weight, nsv’s, mood etc. for the day.
Today is as follows -
bfast: 1/2 cup egg beaters with 2tbs salsa & 1/4 cup black beans (made into an omelet) 1 cup coffee w/2tbsp creamer & 6oz tomato juice
snack: 1 (2%) mozz cheese stick
lunch: 6in subway chicken sub with lettuce, tomato, onion & mayo, baked lays chips - diet coke to wash it down
so far 8 (8oz) glasses of water
no workout today as today is my day of rest (family night)
