it’s bad for me November 20, 2009
peanut butter that is.
Last week I ate peanut butter zero times and lost weight - this week I eat the same as last week except for I had peanut butter 6 times over the week and I gained 1lb. I am starting to think peanut butter is a downfall for me, the bad this is I love it sooo much.
My goal this week is to cut those 6 times down maybe even in half and when I step on the scale next Friday I will see a loss.
