Thanksgiving Break

It seems like I keep losing motivation and then gaining it back.

But I’m down one pound and I’m looking forward to this break as a chance to recuperate and get on track.  I’m going with family friends to a cabin and hopefully the change of scenery will enable me to avoid the holiday food temptations.  I’m planning on doing hiking/running since there are probably a lot of trails, dependent of course on the weather.
