It sounds like you're doing great! Its very inspiring to me to see you having stuff to block your path but climbing that wall and working towards your goals. Good luck in everything and stop by my blog anytime! I can use all the support I can get! :)

Thank you!! That sounds like a good plan, I am going to strive for 2 miles, and see how I feel before going on! I didn't think about doing to much at first. I will run out and get Cooking Light as well, I need to learn to cook something other than "traditional southern food!!" Thank you soooo much and congratulations on your weight loss, that is sooooo great!!!!

If you haven't been too active lately, I would suggest you try and walk 1-2 miles every day for starts. You don't want to start out with an injury. Try to be consistent with 1-2 miles before you increase your mileage. It worked for me!
Over 3 years ago I started out walking 1-2 miles and slowly increased it until I was able to run. I have taken off 115 lbs. by myself and have learned to prepare dishes that are still flavorful and good for me. Cooking Light is a wonderful book to have on hand. I wish you good luck and remember that you will achieve results if you stick your new lifestyle.
