I am so excited. I stuck to a diet for a week and actually lost weight. I cheated so too much. Hopefully I will do better with the cheating next week. Maybe Monday is not a good weigh day because of the cheating during the weekend but if I pick Friday it will make me feel like I can cheat all weekend and it won’t matter. Well, I am off to good start. I still don’t know what I am going to eat a Disney World but I don’t want to do too bad because I want to lose 15 lbs before school starts. I ate good today and I walked this morning. I am trying to talk myself into doing my workout video right now but I am have a hard time motivating myself. I really want to do this. I hope whatever is suppose to click in your head when you are ready to lose weight has clicked in mine. I have to stick with this. I have to stick with this. I will stick with my diet. I will lose weight. I will I will I will I will. This is so hard. I can’t eat anything else tonight but that is all I can think about. Eating. Okay I am going to watch Army Wives that I DVRed last night and walk during it. I can’t seem to talk myself into the workout video.

Woohoo! Way to go on the 5 pounds. Regarding weigh-in days, I use Sunday and it has worked out pretty well. It avoids the problem of using Monday in case it was a bad weekend, but doesn’t give me the freedom to pig out all weekend if I chose Friday. This way, I give myself a bit more leeway on Sundays which keeps me on track during the week but I would have had enough time to work off any extra calories I may have consumed. Keep up the awesome work!

ok. A few suggestions about what to eat at Disney. Make sure you drink LOTS of water. Make yourself eat a healthy breakfast each day. Even if it’s a little fruit or something small. just do it, that way you won’t be totally starving by lunchtime and will be less likely to pig out for lunch. make sure you are conscious of portions the entire time… HA! you can do it! also, when you are eating at the park, go for lighter choices like salads and sandwiches without cheese and mayo. im sure there will be healthy options, it’s all about what you choose. dinner, same thing, look for lighter choices. Just because you are on vacation, does not give you license to just pig out and ruin whatever progress you have made so far. remember that! BTW, congrats on the -5! lets keep it off together!

Congrats on the 5lbs! I know it’s so hard but it is SO worth it! You go girl! I love Army Wives too. I’m a few episodes behind though but they’re sitting on our DVR waiting on me.
