Whatever you decide be confident about it. I have a friend who had some work done but she will never admit to it. It wasn't anything major, but after 3 babies in 4 years she just had things put back where they belonged. If you go that route see the surgery as your reward for the hard work and if you choose something else, that's ok, too. It's just nice to see that in this economy that SOMEONE is having some luck with their investments!! I think spending the money on yourself is a great way to celebrate your success and hard work.
