just started reading your blog and found your comments on sugar and relieving sad feelings really relevant to me. i know that i eat when i'm stressed, but nothing is a good subsitute for sugar.

but, i wanted to say something about exercise. i noticed that you don't want to go and then read that you do an hour on the treadmill. that is a ton of time! i wouldn't want to go to the gym if i knew i had to stay there for an hour. 

have you tried doing 20 minutes on days when you don't feel like going at all? that's what i do when i'm not in the mood to do a hard workout. i just drag myself there and do whatever machine slowly. 

well, congrats on your weight loss, and keep it up!
