I agree with round. I was up this morning. It wasn't my official weigh in day but I did it anyway. It's easy to get down when the scale isn't moving and the scale doesn't show the full story. What was going on emotionally when you went off plan? I'm considering only weighing in a couple times a month in order to avoid getting pulled down by it. Our weight flunctuates so easily that we need other guides to go by as well. Stick with it, Rhonda. Praying for a good week for you.

is it the fact that you didn't lose last week that threw you off?

What if you come on here and assess your week in it's entirety? Let us know how you did on your eating, how you did on exercise and also on motivation. How you handled any special challenges during the week. Then tell us the weight.

Often the scale doesn't keep up with the good behavior - but the fundamental truth of losing weight is it's about the day to day behavior - eating well, exercising, staying motivated. The weight change each week is a only a part of the picture.

I think if you put it all in context it will help take some of the emphasis off the scale, and help you see why the scale moves (it may be a week or so off your behavior, and it might be slow).

Good luck!
