		<description>Hi jlbake!  I'm also using 'Winning by Losing.'  Have you tried any of her exercises in the back?  Good stuff.  Not so sure what I think about the oxidising stuff.  But, she's had great results with her people on BL, so she must know her stuff, huh?</description>

		<description>Way to go on the exercise!  Which Jillian Michaels book are you using?  I'm using "Winning by Losing" right now.  Maybe when I'm closer to my goal, I'll try her "Making the Cut" book.  It sounds pretty tough, so I'm a little scared.</description>
