OP Day 4

Made it through another on-plan day.  Is it two weeks of repeating something that makes it a habit….or was it 6 weeks?  I find it hard to believe that staying on-plan will ever be a habit for me, but we shall see.  My plan was for 1700 calories today, but I’m running a little short.  Maybe I have enough left for a small glass of wine? :)  Didn’t get on the treadmill today.  I really need to get a handle on this exercise thing.  I know the scales won’t continue to move down without the exercise.

Oh….almost forgot….today was weigh-in.  Lost .8 of a pound.  Not too shabby considering I was up 3 pounds on Thursday morning!

    Well, I’m jealous. :) Congrats on the .8! Keep up the good work. I read your blog about HFH. I hope you find somewhere to help. It’s an excellent program. I actually live in a HfH house. I was approved in 2000 and moved in it in 2002. It was a long wait but it was worth it. I was a single mom at the time and, even though I had a good, stable job, there is no way I could have gotten a house on my own without overloading myself. We put a lot of sweat into this place and a lot of memories. We love it.

    Sounds like you are really committed and making progress! I don’t see how you do it on that plan…you are a stronger woman than I!!!! I love my sweet tea and other foods that SB won’t allow so it would NEVER work for me. I’m just a chicken to change but whatever works for you individually is what ya need.
