Thought I should update since I’m officially back on the calorie counting train.

Breakfast: 1 cup Special K Vanilla Almond w/ 3/4 cup 2% milk

Lunch:  Sundried tomato turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread with mustard

Snack: 1 Lemon cookie, a few baby goldfish

Dinner:  Pepper steak and white rice (1.5 cups)

Snack: strawberry Greek yogurt, 1 large banana

Total Calories:  1177

Yes, I know my calorie intake was low today.  I must work on trying to get in more healthy foods for a better calorie count.
