No breakfast today, but had a cup of coffee with creamer and sugar.

For lunch, I met some friends at a Mexican restaurant.  I ate one chicken burrito and some rice.  I also had a few chips, cheese dip, and salsa, but not nearly as much as I usually eat.  I also drank water with my meal.  I have not had any DDP today…yet.  I will probably cave in before the night is over, but at least I didn’t drink it all day.

It was good to see my weight going down.  Maybe it will keep going that same direction.

Still have not had any DDP.  I have eaten about 3 hotdogs over 3 hours.  And I had some BBQ chips.
